The basic plan is suitable for smaller websites and start-ups, where the website is not frequently updated and contains less content. This should be a minimum requirement for all dynamic websites.

The premium plan is suitable for mid-size websites with more frequent updates, where content is updated often and the website is growing. This is the most popular plan, as more frequent updates also support SEO.

The deluxe plan is suitable for larger websites where updates are happening very open and the site is rapidly growing. This would be for sites with an ambitious growth strategy centered around lots of content and expansion.

There is no annual contract, but we do require a month-to-month commitment.

If your website slow downs, get hacked, or goes offline, it can have a detrimental effect on your business. That’s why it’s important to remember that while building your website is important, it’s just as important to keep it updated, well-maintained, and online. The price of not-having one may end up costing more in the long run.

The care plans we offer are preventive, so hopefully nothing like that ever happens. However, in the unlikely event that something like that does occur, we will work with you to understand what happened and how to fix it. We don’t make guarantees that your website won’t experience any issues, but we’ll do what we can to prevent it. We’ll also have backups saved in case we need to restore your website.

We will need to do a website evaluation to familiarize ourselves with your site and understand how it was built and managed. During this evaluation, we’ll go through a checklist to ensure that it meets all the necessary criteria for a care plan. If it doesn’t, we’ll let you know what needs to be changed. We typically handle minor website updates, ranging from updating text, adding/deleting photos, posting news, and bug fixes.

Depending on the unique needs for your website, we may need to purchase certain plug-in licenses. We’ll let you know beforehand if we do, so you can make an informed decision about the best way to proceed.
